We also provide the related support businesses including railroad and port infrastructure, tank farms, marine moorings, insurance etc. We provide our clients with shovel-ready solutions to project development challenges.

Bangladesh Area Updates:
Recent development in the area includes a deep sea port (coal port, container jetty, multipurpose Jetty with Breakwater and 16.5 meter deep 14 Km channel which is already completed by JICA at the northern border of the proposed Refinery site and will be in full operation in 2024/25. The Port can take 100000 tons capacity vessels as well as 8500 TEUs Container vessels. First unit 600 MW of 1200MW coal power plant of JICA will be ready for COD in 2024 located adjacent to the Port. The Port and the Powerplant project cost is over US$ 7 Billion.
Recent development at Cox’s Bazar:
- Government has almost completed a US$ 750 SPM at Moheshkhali deep sea with storage facility of 200,000 tons and a 170 kilometer sub-sea pipeline connecting 1.5 m ton capacity Eastern refinery (being upgraded to 2.5 million tons) at Chittagong and other Oil Storage Facilities. The SPM capacity is 9 million tons.
- A 270 KM 42 inches multi fuel pipeline over land is almost completed connecting Chittagong Port to all the Oil Depots in the country at US$ 400 million.
- Our neighbor SK gas Korea LPG terminal and Petrochemical industrial hub has developed 400 acres of land.
- Two FSRUs of 3MPTA are operating last three years at Moheshkhali (Owner Summit and Excelarate USA)
- Additionally Three more FSRUs of 4.5 MPTA are under development one of Excelarate USA, one of Summit Bangladesh and one of Petrobangla. One Land Based 1000 mmscfd LNG receiving terminal of Petrobangla is under tender process.
